This dry red wine, with lively and spirited character, is made from Grignolino grapes, one of the most typical and ancient grapes of Piedmont.
Slightly ruby red wine, it acquires orange tints enhancing with time.
Continuously changing flavours.
Light, refined, dry wine with harmonious lively acidity.
Moderately tannic with hints of bitterness.
It goes particularly well with dressed pork products, soups, roast white meat and fish. Best served at a temperature of 16/18° C.
