Made from Dolcetto grapes, it's a particularly agreeable wine, appreciated throughout a meal. Best served at 18° C.
Ruby red wine with violet shades, it acquires with time orange tints bowing to garnet red.
Ethereal flavour (rose and violet), it tastes like ripe cherry and jam (plum).
Almond bitterness, soft, harmonious, persistent.
